I want to lien my ex-husband's house. Can I still do that knowing he has put his house in a trust?

Liens are created by obtaining a court judgment against a person, or obtaining a Trust Deed against the property. You don't get to 'lien' someone's property just cause you wanna. If you file one improperly you could be sued.
