Legal Question in Disability Law in California

Remove restrining order

David is legally blind and was a victim of head trauma. The restraiing order is illegal because he cannot obey it. He says hi to everyone and when he says hi to this woman she calls the police and they arrest him. How can I remove this restraing order. I have written to the Judge and the District Attorney to please remove the restraing order because David is legally bling in a wheel chair and not able to mentally obey the order. Is the letter suficient or do I have to file a motion and if so on what form. I included in my letter proof of his disability and the doctors report etc.

Re: Remove restrining order

A proper legal motion made by his attorney, with sufficient proof of facts and law to convince the judge, might work.

You can't so anything unless you are an attorney as you are attempting to practice law without a license.
