Legal Question in Disability Law in California

i reported my dad anonymously to ca edd because he is getting disability insurance illegally. he owns his own business, which he runs and physically works. (its under his girlfriend's name) He also is receiving payments because he had/has colon cancer.. not true. his younger brother was the one that truely had/has colon cancer. my dad allowed him to use his full identity to get treated for his colon cancer and even have surgery to remove it. so this goes deeper than just disability fraud. my questions are they going to do now? will they even investigate? should i keep contacting? how serious will they take this??

It's a little late to be asking now about the felony charges he faces. Ask his attorney once they have all been filed.
