Im from San DIego Ca what happens if I fail to appear in court without a parent

You have to tel us what the appearance is for and why there would be no parent present.

If you don't appear, there will be an arrest warrant issued. If you appear but without parent when that was required, the court will probably continue the hearing and make you come back with parent.
