Legal Question in Disability Law in California

What is the best source to obtain a response form for a Summons filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court. It names me as a Defendant in a class action suit. I am one of several tenants in a strip mall building who are all being named, along with the landlord for failure to provide proper access to disabled persons.

Your liability insurance carrier. Or, hire a lawyer. Don't attempt it yourself. The courts really hate these frivolous lawsuits and chances are you'll get your attorney fees refunded to you by this lawyer.

If your insurance company, or the mall owner, don't provide you a defense and lawyer, then hire your own attorney, and do not try to do this yourself. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.
