Tenant on disability
Do landlords have to allow a dog in an apt. if the tenant 's Dr. states due to her depression a service dog is needed for her well-being?

If it is a state certified/licensed service dog, and she has a properly medically certified need, then yes. Otherwise, it's just a pet.
