Legal Question in Disability Law in California

So I was told not to come back to work after my mom which was the office manager and the dr got into a disagreement in which he said she stole money. It had nothing to do with me and is false. After filing for UE he apparently never paid it so I finally got a check 4 months later. Now he is appealing the decision. I have court next week do I have a chance. This is getting ridiculous! Please help. Thanks
