Legal Question in Disability Law in California

I was wondering if it is illegal to refuse the use of a bathroom in a store. I have a problem with my bladder and it hits me sometimes in a hurry that I have to go immediatly. If I dont go at that moment it feels as if I am going to lose my control with my bladder.

Not all businesses are required to have public access bathrooms. IF the business has a public access bathroom required as part of its permits and plans, or by law, then the 'public' must be allowed to use it.
