Legal Question in Disability Law in California
I am working as an inside Life Insurance agent I am paid a salary plus commission. I am voluntarily leaving my job on Nov 26th. I have already this month hit the minimum sales volume requirement to qualify for a bonus. My employer is stating because I will not be an employee of the company on Dec 23rd when November bonus is paid I will no qualify for that bonus. I live and work in California

Your 'required' written contract and sales agreement, and the company written policies, determine your rights. Read them. If they are in breach, you could theoretically sue for what is owed.
