wrong terminated because of lack of communications
I have been on job as hotel housekeeping. for past 2 weeks, I have not seen m new schedule. I had to call in almost everday to check if I have to go to work on that day til yesterday, my boss called me into the office told me that I am being terminated. and wants me to sign the forms. I refused and there were no interpeter. they were laughing at me. and I was telling them that they could use videophone to comunicate with me. they just learn ed that today not before I was being terminated. what u think?

If you're claiming termination was because of some disability you have, and you have some evidence that was the motive, then you may have a claim under the discrimination laws. You'll have to overcome the obvious problem that: they hired you two weeks ago and you had the disability then; so how do you think you can prove the termination was 'because of' the same disability?
