dmv admin per se suspension

i was found not guilty of both counts in a dui case. now the dmv will not reverse the suspension that they imposed. can i get an acquittal form from a judge to foce their decision?

No, you will have to seek a new hearing at DMV on a motion to set aside the suspension on those grounds. Feel free to contact me if you want legal representation doing so.
