I had a felony 10 years ago and I'm going to a job interview do I still need to disclosed that information.

Yes. If requested. However, for the future, you can consider seeking expungement of the record, if you qualify. YOu don't if you were sentenced to any prison time, or if the conviction was for sex offenses and some other violent crimes.
