You'll have a case if the conduct and treatment you are complaining about is based upon and motivated by discrimination, harassment or retaliation that is 'illegal' as defined under the ADA [disability], Civil Rights [age, race, sex, ethnic, religion, pregnancy, etc], FMLA [medical leave], Whistle-blower, or similar statutes. That means you must be within a 'protected' class of people, and suffering treatment different from others 'because of' that class. There no laws against 'unfair treatment', poor management or simple harassment of workers in general.

If you believer the conduct was illegal under the above definitions, and you think you can prove it happened, feel free to contact me for the legal help youll need. I've been doing these cases for several decades.
