Legal Question in Administrative Law in California

Federal - Rule 56 Summary Judgment request form

A Social Security Disability claim has

taken years to finally get to the District

court (currently has pro se status).

The Social Security Administration now

has until Aug. 28 to respond. In the

event they do not respond in the

allotted time (likely), I would like to

have the proper form to send to the

Federal judge, seeking a judgment in

my favor. There is a time limitation to

sending this request.

My understanding is that the necessary

form to use, is a rule 56 Summary

Judgment form. But I can't seem to find

this form anywhere.

Does anyone know if I am looking for

the form I actually need . . . and if so,

could someone please direct me to a

location where the form can be

downloaded or otherwise obtained?

Thanks for any responses,

Re: Federal - Rule 56 Summary Judgment request form

there is no form. Rule 56 is a pleadings motion that is drafted case-by-case.
