Legal Question in Administrative Law in California

a lawer has sued me for anti slapp in a dismised case, what should i do?

I had a civil dispute in a restaurant transaction with a defendant., who is my partner. He was going to by my share of partnership for $150,000.00 dollars and made me a legal offer by fax. Then this lawyer came and prevented him to sign the final draft. In addition he instructed not to pay me the minimum required partnership monthly profit thereby causing financial loss for me. I named the lawyer as a defendant and now he has come after me with Anti-SLAPP motion, even if I had dismissed the case prior to his filing the motion. How does one fight and do you know a layer who may intervene? His claim is that he was not served by the dismissals.I am also involved with the same lawyer in a motion for reconsideration of ruling based on him distorting facts and problems to get a consolidation of my cases.I need a motion for reconsideration of the ruling isnce the judge consolidated cases into a moot case which was dismissed by the clerck the same day.

If your case has been dismissed, you have limited time to try to straighten it out, through motion for reconsideration, notice of appeal or possible refiling. If you are still in time to do so, feel free to contact me to disucss the facts and remedies available to you.
