Motion to reconcider and set aside
If this is the correct procedure to use can I get a breif out line on how it's done? I was there at court 1/28 w/Attorney/Witt. early and prievious date of 11/19 which was reset because of courthouse strike. Missed my name called because over crouded court romm do to strike (heavier calender)need my case heard, city Attorney knows I was there. what can i do? Thanks
