Legal Question in Administrative Law in California
Parking Citation assessment
A local parking enforcement authority has assessed my tax return and notified the credit reporting company for failing to pay the fines. The citations were received by an ex-spouse who had sole possession of the vehicle per court documents. Do I have any civil remedies to force the agency to remove the negative information.

Re: Parking Citation assessment
You will need to go to court on the tickets, with your proof, and have the court dismiss the charges, and issue an order you can then send to the credit agencies with a demand to correct, as the law requires them to do.
