i like to know if the power attorney iis valid after the person is decise and if not have to go to court get evrything aprove

A Power of attorney dies with the person. If he has assets at death, a probate filing must be done to obtain court approval for 'distribution'. If you need to do so, feel free to contact me for legal help.
