about warrant

What kind of charges am I looking at for a

mistaminer and an infraction.I was told I

missed a court date and gave me a warrant.

I didn't even know my court date

You have an arrest warrant against you; there is no court date because you already missed it.

Misdemeanors carry up to a year in jail, depending upon the charges. The final outcome depends on your plea bargain or trial result. If serious about getting counsel, feel free to contact me.
