Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California

9th circuit court of appeals

Are there any attorneys willing to help a former federal agent appeal a district court summary judgement to the 9th? I was falsely accused subsequent to having filed an EEO complaint. District Court judge was Manny Real, known for being unpredictable. This would be a classis first impression case as I am East Asian agent who was persecuted by DEA management. I filed the notice of appeal timely. Trying to file motion of appt. of counsel for 9th. I need help desperatley.

I suggest you contact Stephen Yagman at Yagman & Yagman in Venice, CA. He has quite a history of cases with Judge Real and takes on difficult and unpopular issues. I do not know him, I just know of him.
