Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California
case law
where can i find any cases as extreme as mine, the appelant is stating that there is a conspiracy between everyone that has been in contact with her, throught the case ex. judges attorneys hers, and mine, police, clerks. she even goes as far as naming bankruptcy judges,, and khow the appellate justices, ( everyone is out to get her, she is blacklisted so she says. she is pro per cause noone wants to deal with her. in her statements she says broke into her house and changed transcriptsthe judges orders, i personally think she is dilussional becasue she really beleives her own stories
i dont know how you can insult judges and police and everyone in between, and have people take you serious. I think her motions and appeal will be dissmissed how do you respond to a crazy person , unless you are crazy yourself, personally i think they are sinking there own ship. thanks for the comments

Psychiatric symptoms are all too common in today's society, and loons regularly file crazy conspiracy claims. When you are ready to have an attorney help you deal with the legal problems, including seeking to have her found to be a vexatious litigant and your case thrown out, feel free to contact me.
Re: case law
Appellate courts see such rambling all the time, and generally recognize it for what it is.
The Court will probably address the substance of your adversary's brief and decide the case on its merits. With accusations like that I very much doubt that her brief contains any coherent legal argument. If I'm right, you should be in good shape. The court will probably ignore the accusations to the extent is can, unless your adversary happens to be an attorney.
Good luck.
