only child not on trust
My mom gave my trust to my children not even a mention of me and we hang out like she didnt do this ilove her can i contest this as my brother gets way more than my kids inheritance all together after she passes away in 20years from.now or now that i just got.paperwork and really should i im talking hundreds of thousands?

A properly drafted trust could be difficult to contest since it gives the assets to the grandchildren. That is a typical trust provision when the Trustor desires to skip a generation for some reason. However, if you are entirely omitted without ANY mention of exclusion, then you may have grounds to contest it once she dies. Talk to her about it now.
