Re: false restraining order

If you've waited so long that you have to appeal a permanent restraining order [RO] entered by your default, you've got serious and expensive problems. If you've just been served with the Temp RO, you were given notice of a court hearing date. File proper Opposition pleadings nd go to that hearing to try to keep the court from making it permanent. If you don't know how to do all those things, hire an attorney that does. If this is in SoCAL courts, feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.

Re: false restraining order

Either this is a temporary order, in which case you can hire an attorney, go to court on your court date, and fight it, or else it is a permanent order after a hearing, in which case an appeal is unlikely.

The primary reason people file restraining orders is to accuse you of violating it and have you arrested.
