Can a judge deny me custody solely because I am paralysed? Isn't that discrimination due to my handicap

I'm guessing there were a series of reasons given in the judges order, other than your disability. Even so, custody requires the ability to properly care for, support and raise the child. If you presented adequate evidence that you could do all those things properly, then denial of custody because of disability would be improper. It would give you grounds for appeal of the order. If you are serious about hiring counsel to represent you in such an appeal, and if you are still timely for doing so, feel free to contact me to discuss your proof, and the legal costs this will require.
