Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California
pro per appeal
The judge in my case never once referenced my answer, let me speak in any meaningful way and just approved an order (CLETS 3 years) based on perjury( her testimony and affidavit are totally different) and she got others to lie to advance there careers. They too over time and an investigator can be shown to be lying and to have committed perjury. I just handed in an appeal and my lawyer had nothing to do with it but agreed to put his name to it. It's not terrible but it makes the point that due process was not given me. What are my chances?

"Chances?" Nil; unless you're prepared to spend substantial fees and costs to investigate and TRY to 'prove' your allegations, file the appropriate pleadings supported by overwhelming credible admissible evidence, witness statements and admissions of perjury, etc., all in the hope of convincing a court there were "NO" grounds for this ruling. Just because you say they 'lied' does not make that true, and certainly not provable. It's your word against four or five people, who are all entitled to their opinion and interpretation of the facts, as is the jugde. The best you should probably reasonably expect is to prove to the judge there was a difference of opinion about your perception of the facts versus theirs. With that, you lose -- he already ruled on that basis. Now, if you think you could actually get those witnesses to admit substantial perjury and your 'innocence', and you're willing to spend the money it takes to do this, feel free to contact me. Other than that, learn from this about who you should associate with and how you should behave.
