Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California
''subject'':
I plead no contest to a crime that I didnt comment, so I could get out of jail and take care of my child. I am a signal parent and the courts was gone to keep me for up to a week , and by that time I would have lost my job ''the only source of income for my family'', for no show no call. I have no prior convictions any kind, but the D..A refused to or me, even tho I got 9 out of 10 points on their O.R scale. The only lawyer I could afford is not returning my call or telling me hes on it! In concerns to get this case back in court, but he is taking his sweet little time. He has had the case less then a week from my release from jail seven months ago. Since then I have paid over a thousand dollars for the fine, probation, and dumb consoling classes, which is money that I can not afford. So my question is, what are the from I can fill out to change my plea and get this case back in court?

There are procedues you might be able to use, but they don't involve appeals. Please re-submit your question under the criminal law heading, where more attorneys with the appropriate background will see it.

Sorry, but 'dream on' -- you pled, the case is over. There are no 'forms'. If you want to waste substantial money in an appeal, feel free.
