Hi About 3 months ago I got a summon from Patenaude&Felix Law Office,

About a collection That my Balance was $2200.00 with the Bank Capital One on the summon they say that I owe then $4200.00

They scared me, I sign the the stipulation That I Will start Making Payment they want me to pay $120.00 a Month What can I do

Should I appeal the Summon with the court Do I have the Chance to Do it after 3 Month that I was served the summon ?
