out of time
i had a case appealed in august 2003 and i had been waiting on an answer from the appealate court i just learned from the trail court attorey an answer came in sometime in march 2004 so i told my attorey a didn't get notice of the appealed court hearing og the answer the attorey told me to contact the appealet attorey for information i have since did so and ask for the transcript for the trail court which i never recieved the judgement ruling from the appeal court until my trail attorey give me a copy like 3 weeks ago so from the look of it i lost and i wont another court opioion on this case this case involves my 9 year old daughter that were taken out of my custody that a social worker filed an petition in the juvenille court after a court hearing that my daughter dad filed after being intimadated by social worker at the hospitat that he tooked my daughter too the family court gave him tempory custody until our court hearing and after the hearing the judge in family courts placed my daughter back in my custody which i had all her life we still had another court date to return for mediation but with the petition that one social worker filed for jusdiction she were moved into their custody the same day i learned of the hearing

I am unclear as to what your question is.
If your appelate attorney lost the case and you did not get notice, or did not get something from your attorney, yes you would be entitled to that information.
