Air travel & warrants
If someone has a warrant, ie: in California, what risk of being apprehended do they take if they want to travel by air?

Obviously there is no assurance that you won't be arrested, my best guess -- depending of course on how badly you are wanted -- is that if the warrant comes up they just won't check you in for the flight. Buy refundable tickets, and clear up those warrants already.
