Legal Question in Banking Law in California
bank fraud
My ATM card numbers were stolen,
and someone withdrew $ from my
account. The bank's investigation
said that I gave permission to the
person who made the transactions,
and will not return the funds to my
account; which is not true. What
steps do I need to take to bring legal
action against the bank for not
returning the funds to me for these
unauthorized withdrawals?
