Money being taken out of my account
Is it legal for a company to automatically take money with out prior approval? I paid once with a credit bank card and without my permisson they withdrawled money for payment.

It is highly illegal to take money from a consumer's account without having their permission. It does happen often when a collector and/or creditor gets permission to take an ACH debit and then feels they are entitled to do this every month. It's illegal.

Mr. Swigart is correct; dispute this with your bank as an unauthorized withdrawal -- do not back down and keep all of your records. Send this company written (certified mail) instructions that they are not authorized to make any other withdrawals.
