What is the time period for the stature of limitation in Ca. concering the credit card debt.?

Re: stature of limitations
4 years from the time the last payment is due. Making a payment, a partial payment, or a promise of payment will extend the statute and give them another 4 years. If you are sued past the statute, please consult an attorney so you don't waive the statute by mistake.
