Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
calls to parent
My elder father is getting calls from
a 888 telephone number asking for me. How can I put a stop to their harrassment. Once before I called them and informed them I had notified the FCC.

Re: calls to parent
Why not just list your father's number on the Do Not Call Registry if the call is originating from a non-creditor. If it is a creditor why dont you call them and give them "your" number so they stop harrassing your elderly father.
