Discharge of Chapter 11 Bankruptcy
If someone filed for Ch 11 Bankruptcy in 2004 which was discharged in Oct of that year, how soon can they file agin for bankruptcy?

Are you sure you mean a discharge in a chapter 11 case? A discharge is obtained after the confirmation of the plan. If this is so, why would you now seek to file anew? A dismissal is not he same as a discharge.
