Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

i filed for bankruptcy about a year ago i had an outstanding auto loan at a credit union all of my accounts went in the bankruptcy i went to open an account there again it was fine until i requested a finance loan they ran my credit even though they seen that i filled bankruptcy they took 200 out of my account with out any notice please advise
