Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
forgot a bill
I filed for bankruptcy a couple of months ago and have already had my hearing of creditors. However I forgot to list one major bill and now I am wondering if I will have to just pay it. Can you please tell me if there is anything I can do or am I now stuck?

You should immediately amend your schedule F and the creditor matrix, and pay the $26 amendment fee. It's well worth it. If you need help, give me a call at (310) 858-9771.
