Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

I live in Ca. I am currently in debt for about 11,000.00 in personal loans and credit cards. I also am paying for a 2007 charger. All obtained mainly relying on overtime at work. For the past year I have become more and more behind on credit card payments and my personal loan. The car has been paid and up to date each month. I got involved with a debt solutions company that I've been paying over 300.00 each month, til this month I was not able to pay them. They are suggesting bankruptsy. Will I lose my car because of this? Thank You

You will not lose your car as long as you are prepared to keep up the payments, and, in some cases, are willing to sign a ReAffirmation Agreement putting yourself on the hook for the full amount of the auto loan in spite of your bankruptcy.
