Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

perjury ???

I filed Bankrupcy in 2002 and I just got married ....I hired the attorney in 2001, at that time I wasn't married, by the time I made the full payment to the attorney he filed, and i noticed that under married statue he out single..his that perjury BK was discharge in 2002, I want it was an honnest mistake I dont want any problem..that the statue of limitation is pass and I'm safe or could I be charge? my wife had condo was making payment on it ...and she had a good job..I didn't mean to conceal any or lied I just trusted the process
