List them as debts on your Schedule F at the amount owed when "charged off." If you have received collection letters, you might want to include the collectors' addresses on your creditors matrix.

"Charged off" is just an accounting term that the bank uses when a debt is not collectible. What the bank does is instead of keeping the account in active status, it transferred the account into a charged off account and also transferred the account to collection at the same time. A charged off account does not mean the debt is gone, in fact, the debt is still valid and exist. Thus, you still need to list the debt under Schedule F, also, you will want to list the collecting agent (for notice only) as well so they will stop calling and bothering you.
