Reporting chpt 7/ creditor collected funds during BK...

Hello, I just had my 431 meeting and it went quick and painless,And i have 2 question,frist is, When does our BK get reported to all of the credit agency? there reason i am asking is that (today) my vehical just took a turn for the worst, and i going to have to purchase a new or used vehical,second is one of the creditors i bankrupt when into my checking account and withdrew $ 400 and $50 for NSF fee's and i did tell my attorney but he is so busy that i want to do this myself( have the creditor return the funds) how would i go about doing this? Thank you

It might be reported on your credit report immediately.

As for the creditor who took money, if it were taken after you filed, send 'em a copy of the court-generated notice, a copy of the page from your Schedule F, and tell them in a letter (keep a copy) to refund the money to you immediately. If they don't, then you can bring a motion in BK court and get your attorney's fees, as well. Good luck!
