Accounting ? Liability
Here's the scenario. Employee signs all checks, operating and trust account checks. Employee has been instructed to use ''trust'' money to cover operating expenses by the owners. If something legal were to happen what responsibility falls on the employee having knowledge of wrong doing?

Full. Plus, the owner could say he never authorized you to do so, leaving you to face any criminal or civil charges. Time for a change of job. Feel free to contact me if you do face any kind of allegation or charges from this.
