Background, credit check,

how do I go about obtaining a back ground check and credit check on some one that I am concedering leasing a truck and trailer to?

I was also told to obtain security interest, what does or can this include?

It involves getting their written consent, and then having a credit check company provide you their credit report for a fee.

It involves preparing and having them sign a lease and a trust deed to their real property for the amount of the lease total, with appropriate language to protect both sides.

At some point you're going to realize you need an attorney to prepare all these things and guide you in the process. Contact local counsel to do so.
