Legal Question in Business Law in California
Binding Arbitration with PayPal
PayPal's clause has clients agree to binding arbitration to settle all disputes. I was the seller, and the buyer asked for a refund and PayPal awarded it, at my expense. PayPal was holding my money and is now 'awarding it' to the buyer.
QUESTION: How can I dispute this? Other facts make it reasonable to dispute. But PayPal says arbitration only. In court? Or with PayPal, in this kangaroo court?

Now you know why a lot of people will no longer accept paypal. Your contract defines your rights and remedies.
