Legal Question in Business Law in California
business formation
I dont know if should incorporate or form an llc, I am licensed by stractural pest control board, and they told me that there are no LLCs there, which may be because LLCs cannot be formed for the professionals. I am a licensed wood distroying organisms inspector, and operate a brach which is my business. Also, even if I form a corporation , I don't know if should form a professional corporation or not. Plus, I don't know if chosing S corporation will benefit during my specific situation. thank you.

You do not qualify for 'professional' corporation, but should incorporate in the form as recommended by your tax adviser. There are several to chose from. That decision will be based upon your tax needs. Feel free to contact me for the legal help you will need in doing so.
