Legal Question in Business Law in California
civil dispute / what to do
my ex boyfriend asked me to get a phone turned on in my name because he has poor credit. he said he would pay the bill on time and he was working at the time so i agreed. the bill was past due $580 and to terminate service for all 3 lines he had is another $525. i set up$1105 ent plan to save my credit and he still says he will pay but i know he wont. can i sue him in civil court for the $1105 i now owe ?
