I company is sabotaged by its own employees that get paid by a third party..what are the steps to prosecute those employees?

It's not complex. If criminal conduct, file charges with the police. You can also sue. Either way, you'd need evidence to succeed. As with anyone seeking to sue, the general rule is: you sue IF the case has merit [likelihood of winning and the other side found liable], value [substantial provable damages and financial losses] and collectability [defendant with sufficient insurance coverage or available assets to collect against].
