Legal Question in Business Law in California

The Company I work for constantly bounces paychecks, causing my checks to bounce. They reimburse me for the check and fees but id assume this affects my credit. What are my options if they are causing harm to my credit?

Find a new job before they stop even making good on the checks. File a Labor Commissioner claim if you are owed any money.
