a standard purchase agreement for goods/services will legally suffice, just make sure installation, etc..is covered in the agreement. if you invented the product at issue, you may want to strongly consider obtaining a patent for it.

or, to add to what Mr. Torrey says, at least file the patent application to protect your invention from theft.

You shouldn't use any "form" agreement. If this is a business model for you, you should invest in having a lawyer draft a proper contract for your situation. Using a "one size fits all" form is dangerous and will likely not cover the particulars of your transaction. Let us know if you would like help.

Form? No such luck, unless this was a one time simple sale of a piece of personal property, and you can use a simple bill of sale. A decent contract must cover the issues of sale, warranty, and other terms you want handled.

If you are trying to begin business as a manufacturer, you will need a lot of 'forms', and a corporation, to protect yourself. Feel free to contact me if interested in doing it right.
