use of copyrighted material
i am starting a deleivery business where i will be delivering goods from many famous stores such as Mcdonalds... this will be an online business therefore i will use menus of these places with price lists, ofcourse without uttering any writings, is this legal?

This is a complicated intellectual property question, that should be asked of a copyright and trademark lawyer.
