had a customer drop off some parts to do work on had done some repairs they sat around the shop for a couple of years had lost customers contact an had not heard from the customer in over 2 years company went bk7 and so we sold off the parts for less than what was owed on the bill 7 months ago know this guy tracked me down wanting his parts the company was a corperation

I see a bunch of facts, but no question. What was it you meant to ask?

The guy should be informed that the corporation was dissolved after filing a Chapter 7 liquuidation bankruptcy, and no longer exists, and the parts are no longer available.

In theory, the guy could start looking for irregularities in the bankruptcy filing that might render his possible claim non-discharged (and you as an insider of the corporation liable), but that is an enormous task for him and he is unlikely to pursue the matter after the bankruptcy and liquidation and discharge are described.

So, what is you you want to ask? If you were not found personally responsible for the acts and debts of the corporation by the Bankruptcy court, then you have no liability on the claim after its BK. That doesn't mean he won't sue, it just means that you can probably easily successfully defend the suit on the basis of the BK discharge of its debts.
